As a qualified yoga and exercise teacher, Roger has also been known to ask his clients to take off their ties and put on their trainers, taking their fitness, as well as their marketing, to the next level.
Katie Hart has created a career out of bringing together psychology and
marketing, two disciplines which compliment each other, but are rarely used to their full potential.
She brings over 27 years of psychological knowledge to her keynote speeches
and workshops, providing delegates with insights and methods which
significantly improve their enjoyment, their recall and their success.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Katie is a tutor for the world renowned Cambridge Marketing College, specialising in Customer Experience.
Katie is a natural presenter – her style is engaging, informal, memorable and fun. As a member of the Professional Speakers Association, she has delivered sessions for small and large groups, within a wide range of corporate settings, a number of schools and even as part of an ongoing
programme within prisons.
She is currently studying for a Masters in Applied Neuroscience with King’s College London.

Louise works with businesses and entrepreneurs to help them understand and use online marketing to really boost their business.

The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives. The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in the behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent, being due to basic differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment.
Its aim is to allow individuals to understand both themselves and others better so that they can flex their style to allow better/ more effective communications.
The objectives of the MBTI sales workshop will be;

Andraya Spencer is a Loughborough University graduate with nearly 20 years experience in learning and development, talent management and human resources.
Starting out in recruitment agencies before moving into global business consultancy with Accenture, Andraya went on to become a retail industry specialist working in the head office of numerous retail brands including John Lewis, Debenhams, House of Fraser, Morrisons, River Island, Mothercare, ELC, Boots, Monsoon, New Look, Arcadia Group, Home Sense and TK Maxx to name a few!
A qualified MBTI practitioner she enjoys supporting individuals to understand the benefits of finding out their own and other individuals profiles for harmonious communication.
Andraya now spends her time as a freelancer in a variety of ways aside from running a business, including strategic toddler management, drinking plenty of wine, delivering courses and coaching in SME’s supporting individual and team development whilst trying to remember to drink more water and stop watching Love Island (Only viewed for the psychological analysis of course).
